Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Dothan

I recently spent ten days at Encompass Health while I recovered from back surgery. I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the entire staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure I received the best healthcare possible. The staff treated me as if they were caring for a family member. My father was recently admitted in the Dothan Encompass Rehab facility. He said his experience was wonderful.The staff was so nice and friendly. The food was great. His room was nice and very comfortable. He said if he needed more rehab in the future, Encompass Rehab of Dothan Alabama is the only place to be for the best rehab In the Wiregrass area. The staff that we would like to recognize consist of Felicia Of occupational therapy, DeAnn of Physical therapy and her student Ryan, Brianna, and Melinda LPN, Thyrso nurse tech, Walter of case management, Angela charge nurse, Juwante and Karla RN, Adrian, LaRhonda of business Development department, and Bo of Pharmacy department. My experience at Encompass Health Rehab Center in Dothan was absolutely outstanding. The entire staff, from nurses and therapists to the support team, went above and beyond to make my recovery as smooth and comfortable as possible. Everyone was kind, professional, and truly cared about my progress. My therapy team was incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging, helping me regain strength and confidence every step of the way. Big shoutout to Candice and Aubree, they definitely helped me get to the point where I could feel independent. They made me put in the work, but it all was worth it when I was able to take those first steps by myself without help. The staff at encompass was professional and caring. They look costly for new issues that could develop to affect recovery. The caregiven was top flight by all of the staff as well as all of the care team. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming out. That needs to regain strength and be professionally evaluated and cared for. The staff was very good at addressing issues. As they came up, prompt in their reaction in professional in their work.
