Encompass Health Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital Pediatric Ctr

I was admitted to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital six months ago in extremely poor health (having just undergone surgery after a severe injury to my left leg). Although I had no family members with me, the hospital treated and cared for me with utmost dedication. The doctors, nurses, and staff here not only helped me recover physically from my injury but also lifted my spirits with their kindness and compassion. To me, they are angels. On the occasion of the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, please allow me to express my sincerest gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital. If you just need PT....it's great. If you have any kind of medical issues, this is not the place for you or your loved one. There is a shortage of caring nursing staff, a lack of communication between nursing staff and doctors, and the nurses lack critical thinking skills. They lie about treatment given even documenting they did something when they didn't. They are cruel when it comes to giving relief medication letting patient wait for an extraordinary long length of time. The doctors didn't bother asking the primary care taker any questions bout previous treatment and what works best. I'm not sure they even read the record. Medication errors were common. I can’t say enough positive things about the Encompass Pediatric Rehab facility and their team! The clinic is clean and safe and the therapists there extremely professional and helpful.
