Encino Hospital Medical Center

I had a great experience Doctor Smith,Dallas took his time explaining things to me. The ultrasound lady Susan was amazing at what she does. The staff were friendly. I didn’t wait too long for them to see me. Overall everything was excellent.

Unfortunately I needed to take my Father to the emergency room. Fortunately, the admission process was quick and easy. He needed to be admitted. Once admitted they took good care of him, answered all my questions and made him comfortable as possible. Thank you

I had a great experience at the Urgent Care at Encino Hospital. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel taken care of from the moment I walked in. The service was fast and efficient — I was in and out much quicker than expected. The facility was also very clean and well-kept, which made the whole visit even more comfortable. I go to Encino Hospital for physical therapy. It’s not because of the hospital, but because of the therapist. She is wonderful. As for the hospital, the parking is terrible. I need to park way in the back and walk a considerable distance to get where I’m going. No part of this area is covered so when it rains I get soaked… but more important- if I parked in the parking structure, there are NO ELEVATORS, so I’d have to walk the stairs. What do people do that use wheel chairs? Also with my issues I could fall… down concrete stairs. Is this right for a medical facility? Not in my personal opinion.
