Encino Commons Urgent Care

I’m taking time off work for a very minor follow up procedure, just left an urgent care in Tarzana because I had been waiting for 20 minutes. I go here and noticed that it’s empty, I asked the receptionist about how long will it take? She responds about 20 minutes and I look around and say how come? And she says because her room is needing to be cleaned. Then she starts saying paperwork will take a while and insurance 30 minutes to approve, when I just left another center that did not have any issues at all. This place is terrible, it is filthy, the staff do not care, I would not trust them with any care, and I will absolutely never go again. Update: went to Carbon in Sherman Oaks, less than 10 mins in and already being seen and it’s so clean and nice here!

Dr. Farah is very pleasant, professional and a fine diagnostician. He has helped us and our family multiple times, and always provides excellent service. Dr. Farah's office manager, Ashley, is warm, welcoming, gives excellent injections, and good at everything she does. Dawn and Savannah are helpful and professional. We highly recommend them all.

Dr. Farah has been my primary care doctor for years now. Many years ago when I had an HMO, he always got me the referrals I needed to see a specialist. I've had a PPO for a few years now and I can honestly say that patients are treated the same, regardless of your type of health insurance. I always get my medications filled right away and never have to wait to get an appointment. He's not one of these docs who makes you wait weeks to get in. In addition, his staff is fantastic...Ashley and June have been his main girls for years and they are excellent at what they do, if they ever leave I'll be devastated (attn: Dr. Farah!) I absolutely love Dr Farah and his whole staff on the medical and the spa side. I’m not just saying this, Dr Farah has been my doctor over 10 years and I’ve been using his Rejuvenate spa for about 4 years now. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

Ashley and Anna are friendly and made me feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Farah was very understanding and answered all my stupid questions. They were all very professional and patient with me.
