Encino Care Pharmacy

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS PHARMACY I run a hospice agency, and this pharmacy caused one of the worst experiences we've ever had. We placed an urgent medication order for a dying patient. They approved it and promised delivery by 9 PM, then a few hours later, the owner suddenly refused to deliver. No reason, no professionalism. The pharmacist was yelling on the phone, even after the doctor called to clarify. In the end, no medication was delivered, and the patient was left without comfort meds they desperately needed. We stopped working with this pharmacy years ago for similar behavior, and now I remember exactly why. Absolutely zero compassion or respect. Avoid this pharmacy at all

Exceptionally nice people with exceptional service, and always very quick filling of Rx! They even deliver if you need. Just wonderful and helpful! The reviews here are all spot-on and truthful!

This place is absolutely the best pharmacy in Encino by far. I came here because I read the great reviews and YES they do live up to it. I'm writing my first review ever for this place because it was that good. If you are looking for a local, friendly and knowledgeable pharmacy then this is certainly it. Encino care pharmacy is the best pharmacy in Encino I have found by far.
