Dr Moffett was amazing and professional. Very knowledgeable and kind. Sandy and Heather were amazing and Helped me find the perfect glasses that fit my face which is not easy.And they were always incredibly kind and professional and I love this place.I'm not going anywhere else.

Heather and Sandy are great they recommend the best frames and lenses for your face and vision!! Dr Moffett is awesome takes his time and listens.

So bad. Not organized. For an eye exam after the automated tests they had me wait in a room for the Dr until I left after no one came for 35 minutes. They didn’t even know what to say after I went to the counter. They should be embarrassed at how poorly managed.

I have been looking for Eyewear that stands out. I happened to walk into this establishment without an appointment. Although she was on a call, I was discreetly-greeted by the optician, "Sandy." I motioned to her that I wanted to try some eyewear, she gave a warm smile and a sign of approval. After she finished her call she personally assisted me until clients arrived. I appreciated how Sandy professionally, politley, and personably, handled multiple customers (including me). By the end of my impromptu visit, Sandi provided me with invaluable information regarding purchasing eyewear. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to purchase eyewear this visit because I couldn't find satisfactory pair (I'm a difficult fit). I will definitely check back in again before I look elsewhere. If you

Best optometrist’s office ever. We love Dr. Moffett. He is kind, takes his time with you, and he listens and explains things very thoroughly. The office staff is wonderful too. Heather is beyond helpful and so so sweet. I highly recommend Encinitas Vision.
