Five stars for PT & OT. They work so hard and make up for the disorganization of other departments. They were always doing more than their JD’s and taking time to advocate, feed, hydrate and take patients to the restroom while nurses and cna were too busy/ ignored them. These teams serve dignity and are the cheerleaders of the facility. Heart warming humans that inspired my family to give back more. Briah is literally an angel, I’ve witnessed nothing but compassion, determination and kindness and seen her with all levels of patients. This human saved my dad’s spirit and deserves recognition. The work she organized to get him walking again is a million dollar transformation. The staff at Encinitas Nursing and Rehab has been nothing short of incredible in the care they provide. From post-operative recovery and stroke rehabilitation to specialized therapy, each patient’s needs are met with compassion, time, and individualized attention. Beza makes the start of care and admission process seamless, while Jill, the Director of Nursing, provides thoughtful oversight of all aspects of patient care. The dedicated floor nurses and rehabilitation team offer consistent, hands-on support, and the case management and social services teams ensure patients and families are connected with the resources they need. I had the pleasure of working with this facility. The whole process was seamless. The care and attention they give their patients is amazing. I have to mention the facility’s Director of Nursing, Jill, along with the staff, who all went over and beyond to make sure the patient received the best quality of care. Thank you for all you do.
