I cant say enough good thiings about Michelle and Lila. Both helped me in my journey recovery. Michelle helped me early on to get me stronger with cranial and visceral work and Lila provided ongoing maintenance to recovery and getting more movement in my toes and feet. Lila consistently spent extra time with me and gave me many tools and exercises to use on my own. Her soft tissue work you helped free up adhesions. I appreciate both of them greatly. I highly recommend both of them. And both provided a great recommendation to a podiatrist, who helped me tremendously.

Neil is an incredible PT! He takes a different approach than most PT’s & is very effective at what he does. Neil is knowledgeable, intuitive, positive & truly cares about my well-being. I took my son here a while back with Neil Sturman. The deep tissue massages that Neil did on my son worked like a miracle. My son was getting intestine blockages and couldn’t eat almost anything, only soft foods. He would end up in the hospital with a blocked lower intestine. We prayed we could find the place where he could heal naturally instead of getting another intestine surgery and we did.
