I’m nearly 67 years young, and I’ve had a dozen or so different massage therapist over most of my adult life, many who were very good and that I kept for years at a time until they moved or retired lol but not lol… I am so glad That my regular gal retired because I never would’ve found Kristy! I can honestly say that even though others were good, she is 10 times better than the best of the best! Her bedside manner, her insights intuition and her healing touch is beyond words! I feel on top of the world the best I ever have! I’m sleeping better and the world just seems better! Now she only paid me a few bucks to write this lol but not lol actually, she’s my second cousin… That’s not true either… I truly just met her recently and I am so very very very Grateful— I highly recommend her to any

The combination of cryotherapy with massage is absolutely amazing!! For weeks I had pain in my heel and arch, to the point where it hurt just wearing a shoe. After 2 sessions, my pain was completely resolved. I have also had treatments for chronic knee pain, and it provided immediate, long-lasting relief. Kristi is so talented and treats exactly the right spots! Great experience!!!

Christy Hall gave me an excellent massage experience. The treatment lowered alot of inflammation and pain that I was experience from my distal biceps tendonitis. Will be booking again soon!
