I reached out to Dr. Mark at Empower Sports Medicine to help treat an issue in my back that I have been experiencing for months. Dr Mark was so thorough in the first appointment to pinpoint the exact issue and provide the correct path of treatment. With a few brief exercises he had my back feeling like new and the pain that I was experiencing during weight lifting was no longer present. He outlined a clear plan to continue to strengthen the area and move properly. He is incredibly thorough and it was so refreshing to find someone who is so passionate about his work and provided a quick diagnosis for quick recovery.

It was great working with Dr. Mark! He has definitely helped me manage my issues with my lower back. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Mark. He is incredibly patient, extremely knowledgeable, and truly invested in my progress. He uses advanced equipment and up to date techniques, which makes a noticeable difference in my recovery. I can’t believe the progress I’ve made in the last 5 months!
