Empower Physical Therapy & Personal Training

I highly recommend Elissa! I have never liked lifting weights but I know how important it is for women, especially as we age to prevent osteoporosis. A friend of mine recommended Elissa to me and I'm so glad she did! I enjoy lifting weights now and look forward to my sessions. Plus, I'm really seeing results (and NOT getting bulky which I was afraid of when I started)! The fact that Elissa is also a physical therapist is a huge bonus. I injured my shoulder a couple years ago and Elissa is able to target my exercises and correct compensations, bad habits, and weaknesses left over from my injury. Definitely go!

Thanks to Elissa I have gained full range of motion back in my knee! I have a comprehensive list of stretches and strength training exercises to do everyday that I’ll use for a long time to come. I feel ready to deal with my 50’s, 60’s and beyond…

I found Empower Physical Therapy and Personal Training toward the end of my physical therapy following a knee replacement procedure. I really wish I had found Empower PT at the beginning. Dr. Jacob is amazing and was incredibly helpful for my ongoing therapy. Elissa is very thorough, and it is apparent that she is an avid learner when it comes to the best treatment for each case. She was fun to be around for our son, and did an amazing job helping him recover from his injury. We will be back for anything PT related!
