Empower Physical Therapy and Performance

I can’t overstate how much I appreciate Empower PT for existing. I came in the week of my 2nd ACL reconstruction worried I would never return to my favorite sports. I am just over 7 months post-op and I’ve returned to snowboarding with zero issues, gradually I will work my way back to competitive Jiu Jitsu. Every step of the way I was given very clear and personalized goals and objectives. I never wondered why or how I was doing something. It is clear that Haley is a master, but also she truly cares about each person that she treats. I was supported and encouraged both physically and emotionally through a difficult recovery process, and I never felt overwhelmed or hopeless. Thank you so much Empower.

Dr. Haley and the team at Empower PT are the absolute best! I went to them after months of back pain - I was frustrated, discouraged, and making no progress. The exercises prescribed to be my a different PT seemed to be making things worse, and every time I tried to return to activity I would need to take a week off to let the pain settle.
