Empire Towers Pharmacy

Please do not go to this pharmacy if you get any kind of controlled substance. I have still not yet heard back from this establishment but I will tell you this It was the most horrible experience that I have ever had. I was profiled and treated very rudely I was even told not to come back with my medication because she didn't want to fill it. The pharmacist was very rude and judgmental. I have a rare neurological disease that is not curable. Therefore I get certain medication. I assume because I take care of myself and didn't look the part that I was frowned upon for being on this medication that's necessity for me to live my daily productive life. I hope somebody does reach out to me but it doesn't look like that is going to happen. I feel I am owed and apology I was nothing but kind

Been going to this pharmacy for a few years now because one, they're right by my house and two, they will get your needs ready in under 5 mins alot of the time. The staff there are great and always nice. I see a couple people in the reviews crying about having trouble getting a prescription filed which I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess it's probably Adderall. That's not their fault. There has been a crazy shortage of that medication for a couple years now. I think Dr's are prescribing it to too many people that don't really need it. No matter what pharmacy people go to they're most likely going to have some kind of trouble getting that filled. Sorry for putting this on the review I just don't like people bad mouthing my pharmacy! 😆

I absolutely love this pharmacy and those who work here!!! So kind, polite and very efficient. Medications are filled super fast, they have a very fast response time with answering the phone, and sometimes if you are short a dollar or two they let you have your medicine anyways. I very much appreciate this business and its employees!

I had to say I’ve been with this pharmacy since the day they open they are a unique pharmacy. There are not any pharmacies around these days that treat you like you live in Mayberry those days are gone except for the places that still are around that help and Care, and they have taken that extra step for me many of times when they didn’t have too So I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon lol Thank you for your services

Best pharmacy experience in 39years. They have helped me in so many ways. Excellent communications with my doctors. Medication and supplies have always been in stock for my particular needs. After my doc appointments, i go down the elevator and the pharmacy tech has my order READY! I dont have to wait, they never over charge me and the customer service experience is incomparably amazing ! Thank you!
