Empire Pharmacy

I just found out today that Empire Pharmacy located in Cocoa will be closing and moving to Melbourne next month. I have been a customer of theirs for almost a year now getting my prescriptions filled monthly. I want take this time to thank them for their professionalism and friendly customer service. I can honestly say I have never had an issue getting my prescriptions filled and they were always on time. It was a pleasure dealing with the staff and pharmacist compared to my previous pharmacy. Thank you all, good luck with your new location and know that you’ll be truly missed.

I wouldn't even give them a one star. These pharmacies are Pharmacist are so unprofessional, uncaring and arrogant that they shouldn't be in the field for healthcare bcuz they obviously DON'T CARE!!! THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM

Best owner ever. I am a big fanatic of supporting local businesses and I go here for all pharmaceutical needs and prescriptions. The staff is friendly and reliable. They always have the brand of medication I am in need of. 100% will never go anywhere else unless they’re closed.

The pharmacist in charge is the rudest person I have ever encountered in a pharmacy. Walgreens pharmacy drive-through is always jampacked and this business never had any customers. I figured it would be faster. It was faster. The head pharmacist would not fill one of my prescriptions, which happened to be a controlled non-narcotic prescription. I have been bringing my high blood pressure and cholesterol medication with no problem. However, when I brought the controlled prescription, I was immediately treated like I had the plague. The pharmacist refused to fill it. This was written from a doctor. I have seen for eight years. I never had a problem at Walgreens or Publix with this prescription. In fact, I had to have it filled at different locations because it was back ordered. Apparently AD

I have used this pharmacy for several years. They are friendly, professional, reasonable, considerate, efficient and uncomplicated. I recommend to anyone who desires a neighborhood pharmacist that is interested in you and in your health.
