As nicevas an experience as an extraction can be, staff extremely friendly and took time to explain everything. The dr even saw 2 embedded root tips that were infected from a tooth extracted about 20 years ago, and removed them too. Very pleased and would definitely use them if ever in need of an oral surgeon again

Utterly dehumanizing and a critical lack of empathy amongst staff. Me and my friend had such a negative experience here both times we tried to do their wisdom teeth removal. Both times I took time out of my day and my friend took time out of their week to come in. Issues we ran into is that the staff forgot to book my friends appointment (despite giving them a written confirmation slip), forgot to give them vials and paperwork to book an allergist appointment, temporarily lost my friends insurance card, and after the surgery (which had to be pushed back months), they called in a prescription with medicine my friend is allergic to. Hello, everyone. I am majorly disappointed to leave a one-star review for this establishment, but I truly feel as though every step within this process was beyond frustrating and stressful. When I initially had my consultation done, I had a fairly pleasant experience, and was ready to go through with the process; I did not get any red flags then. However, when I had arrived for my wisdom tooth removal surgery, everything had gone awry; It had seemed that they entirely forgot that I was scheduled to have an appointment that day, that I had scheduled during the consultation. This was only a slight hiccup compared to the fact that the staff during my consultation failed to flag a potential allergy as a concern, and failed to direct me to an allergist, so I could move forward with the surgery.

They did not call me back before my appointment to confirm costs, as promised when I had spoken to them the week of the appointment. They also did not return my call (Voicemail left) on the day of the appointment. One week later and still nothing. I cannot commit to a visit without confirmed pricing as I don’t have funds to throw away. I’m not sure why it is so dysfunctional at this office, but I cannot trust a practice that does not return communications or deliver on its word.

Not clear about pricing, went in for a consultation for my tooth, had to fight to not pay insane amounts for basic services. On the day of the surgery they tell me the wrong teeth they want to take out and that I never told them or didn’t explain which tooth I needed out, they thought it was the other side. Not the best feeling on the day of surgery to not have the doctors know which tooth you wanted out. Still receiving bills. Asked to clear up financials up front of how much everything will cost me out of pocket. Real cost ended up double what they told me in the beginning. Surgery went fine and recovery was good. Practically they are fine at what they do but want to argue with you about what you said last time and then will tell you you didn’t communicate properly. All in all negati
