I’m incredibly thankful for Erica! She helped me naturally get pregnant (with manual therapy and guidance on supplements/ lifestyle suggestions) in only 3/6 sessions! I have recommended her to multiple friends and family members! If I struggle again in the future I will be using her services again!

Highly recommend checking out Erica’s services! We saw Erica to help with overnight bed wetting with two of my kids. We saw her for about 5 visits. She was great with making the kids feel comfortable! Erica was very helpful with determining the cause and what we can do to help. I loved that she was thorough and efficient, not trying to have extra visits. Her techniques have helped us to consistently be waking up dry! 🎉

We had endured many years of fertility issues and early losses. I found Erica at Empauer Rehab and decided to try out the Fertility Wellness Program. I truly believe that she helped grow our family: she was knowledgeable, took the time to explain, super nice and personal and took time to check in with us. She also was flexible and was able to coordinate appointments with my doctor appointments to give my body the best chance at pregnancy. I would recommend Erica to everyone!

Erica is AMAZING!! After having my second child I was suffering from stress incontinence. After just a few sessions with Erica I am having no more leaking!! What a relief…something I thought was “normal” after childbirth doesn’t have to be “normal”. Eric was very understanding and thorough. She adjusted all the exercises to fit my individual need. I highly recommend her 😀

Erica is phenomenal! 1. She put me at ease and made me feel so comfortable - her bedside manner is wonderful. 2. The work she did and the exercises she had me do were so helpful! After I delivered my daughter, I had awful stress incontinence that got better, but then got significantly worse after jumping rope at a HIIT class. I was leaking ALL the time. After working with Erica, I had NO MORE LEAKING! 3. Incidentally, with the work we did, my husband and I were not “officially” trying to get pregnant at the time, but after 4 weeks of PT, we ended up getting pregnant - with twins! I very much believe it was strongly correlated with my sessions with Erica! 😂❤️ I cannot recommend Erica highly enough and pelvic floor PT!
