I’ve had 3 spinal surgeries do to degenerative disc disease at this hospital. If there were more stars to add on I’d do it . Each visit I met new people that cared for me in all areas and teams in this hospital. Dr Micheal has been my surgeon and he has proven how much he cares to help his patients get better. The best in his profession doesn’t state enough, period. Anesthesiologist: (for this surgery I had Joy Patel- wow he really connected to me and I felt very safe in his hands. He asked me if I had any other questions, well I did, I asked bout what kind of music do you play in the operating room , his eyes seem to light up from the question and he told me many genres of music is played in the OR depending on the mood or what a surgeon may like but they let the team play what they like

As someone who works in the medical field, I don’t say this lightly—I was truly blown away by how exceptionally well this facility is run. Everything was organized, efficient, and ran exactly on time, which is unfortunately rare these days. Most impressive of all was the staff. Shannon, who performed my scan, was absolutely wonderful—knowledgeable, calm, and genuinely caring. She made the entire experience seamless and comfortable. The young woman at the front desk (I regret that I can’t remember her name) was equally incredible. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly, welcoming attitude that immediately put me at ease. Sweet, smiling faces paired with true professionalism and compassion go such a long way, and they are becoming harder and harder to fin

My mom recently had cervical spinal surgery, and the whole experience was five star quality. I am gonna give a shout out to Mrs Frances on the night shift. She took really good care of my mom. Even the sweet ladies that brought her food were so nice. Let me tell you about the food that was served. My mom is still talking about it. Love it. The surgeon's skilled hands delivered. She is on the road to recovery and we can thank each and everyone of you for making it possible! Everything was wonderful 😊

I took my brother there today for a knee replacement. From the time we walked in until we walked out were treated so very well by everyone. The staff was excellent and I had a great meal at the cafeteria. The Dr explained everything to me and the physical therapist also did an excellent job explaining everything to us about his situation. I highly recommend this place for your excellent care.
