I was seen by Kaitlin Divinnie for ibs. She told me general advise i had already read online. she did not ask me about trigger foods or any dietary restrictions. she was in a rush. i asked for a medicine i could take for cramping. she prescribed me a medicine made with gelatin which is a major trigger food for me. I paid out of pocket only to be given general advice i had read online and prescribed meds i cant even take. i called the office, they told me to call the pharmacy. i called the pharmacy, they said they dont make a vegetarian capsule. i gave up at that point. eventually i had to care for myself and treat my own symptoms after medical neglect from this office. Divinnie isnt a doctor. if i had known, i would have requested to see an actual doctor, not a nurse. she needs to ask the

Fingers crossed on the quality of the procedure but the visitor experience sucks in Building B/Towers. Cafeteria is a joke and no coffee, about as reliable as McDonalds. It's probably been out for months since everyone else doesnt bother to even look at the out of service signs.

Let’s talk about an institution that does not care about their patients. First my appointment was rescheduled without my permission and changed to a virtual appointment with the nurse practitioner, Kristine Jewell (according to the voice mail left on my phone, she needed family time…) and then my new appointment was canceled a month later with no explanation. I called the front desk three minutes after I got the text and of course no one left a note or reason why I could not be seen. It’s very upsetting because in the four months I was waiting for my appointment, I could’ve went to a new provider to be seen. Now, my care is pushed back unnecessarily and they don’t even care enough to communicate with their patients. I’ve gone to Emory for my all of my primary and specialized care since I w

Nicole in scheduling had the worse customer service. She took my social security number but would not take my insurance information and proceeded to transfer me to financial planning during me explaining to her that I had insurance.
