Emory is quite possibly the worst hospital ever. There are some really exceptional staff members there in registration, most of my nurses were not really employees but travelers which is why they were good. Radiology departments at Clifton Rd and St Joseph’s absolutely horrible. Doctors (attending physicians) have God complexes and absolutely don’t care about you as a person. Was “fired” from Emory Clinic for questioning my care and questioning why I wasn’t given the honest results of tests which was because the doctor didn’t want to treat what was found so instead of telling me that and explaining why I was just lied to. Then when I sought treatment elsewhere they were upset with ME! Save yourself time and aggravation, there are MUCH better facilities in Atlanta that don’t have Ivory Tow

Worse experience I’ve ever had. I was trying to establish healthcare in Atlanta and my mistake was finding a doctor in the Emory health care system. Example, I called customer care for a prescription refill on a medication that has to be taken every day and my so called Doctor took a week to even respond. I had to use RX online prescription service otherwise who knows what could have happened. I go to the lab for blood drawn and there’s no orders for bloodwork. The lab fiasco took 2 hours round trip. Appointments and lab work are not a simple visit to a doctor’s office, no, you have to navigate through large hospitals and it’s very time consuming. Worse of all, my doctor gave me the wrong dose on two medications.

This is incorrectly labeled as an Emory building. It is the Grady Hospital steam plant.

can't get anybody in office to call back. prescriptions are hard to get even after going to see doctor. great Dr though

Absolutely terrible from beginning to end! I am disappointed in Emory and definitely do not recommend.
