I have been a patient of Dr Battle for 24 years now. She is always courteous, on time and very competent. I also appreciate her admin assistant Brian who is extremely helpful and organized.

I have just spent two weeks, obtaining a referral from my primary care doctor, and going through the process of getting an appointment with this office. The person that I talked to said that the representative that had contacted me to advise my referral was received was on vacation, and she couldn't locate my referral, but she would go ahead and schedule me. I have received two phone calls verfiying the date and time of my appointment (from this office) since that time, only to be told today that I cannot be seen because they still cannot locate my referral. What an absolute waste of time. This is probably the single most disorganized practice I have ever had to deal with. It took no less than 20 minutes of being placed on hold and repeating the same information several times to even

I have been going to the GI AOSSIATE for 34 years and Dr. Harper retires and she take over my case. So she along with Dr Harper kept stretching my throat until i got EOE and should have sent me to a GI surgeon and he could have put a stint in my throat because my throat was closing up and i lost 85lbs because i couldnt eat nothing but potatoe soup. So i got to another GI surgeon and he tells me that it so bad he has to send me to Cleveland clinic so they rebuilt my esophagus throat and stomach. He asked her to hold off on the humira and to give me something else. So she wants to give me this meds that i took when i was 13 and i am 47 now. And the meds dont work it has to be in your system at least 3 months to help. So i told her this so she gets on her high horse and said if i didnt believ

Tried to call to schedule an appointment for my stomach issues that’s keeping me from working. I’ve previously been going to her before, so figured I would stay with her as she moved to CAMC. I knew it was going to get bad whenever she switched to CAMC. I guess her employees got frustrated and scheduled me an appointment on a Saturday at 8 am. They aren’t open on the weekends. I don’t understand why they don’t care about the patients.

I was grateful for an easy colonoscopy with no bad aftereffects. Dr. Battle did a great job.
