I have to say it's always a great experience and that office. The receptionist is always kind and right on top of things. And Emily houser is probably authentic nurse practitioner I've met. I believe she truly cares about her patients not just for the moment but in their future health. I hope that I'm able to keep her as a nurse practitioner even after I no longer have CareSource. Emily Hauser is a great person :-)

Came in as new patient about 15 mins b4 my appt. Filled out the ppw on pad was very straight forward. The front desk was nice and i was called in few minutes after my paperwork was done. Didn't wait long in the exam room, Elizabeth(i believe) the MA was very nice and was thorough taking my vitals and my issues. CNP Emiley Houser is the nicest cnp or even doctor I've encountered in a very long time, she was very attentive and thorough with asking me what was wrong and informing me of the steps needed to be taken to resolve the issues. I am very satisfied with the way i was treated and i can easily say that CNP Houser saved a piece of me today.

My first time here. She treated me with the utmost respect. Very concerned about my needs, and what my concerns were. Never had that before from other providers. So glad I have entrusted my care to her. Thank you for everything see you in June at my next appointment.

Wonderful appointment with a knowledgeable, gentle, caring health professional-as we always experience in this office. We were recommended by a family member many years ago and have subsequently recommended many additional family and friends to this group. Lifetime patients!
