Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I made an appointment online and was able to get in quickly. Office staff, the PA/nurse and doctor were compassionate and knowledgeable. I have been met with an attitude at other urgent cares and was pleasantly surprised by everyone’s demeanor at this location.

I had an amazing experience with Rebecca at Emerson Urgent Care. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at ease right away. When I had to get my finger pricked for the first time, she talked me through the process and helped me feel comfortable and calm. Rebecca really went above and beyond, and I appreciate her kindness and professionalism.

Quick appointments, seamless check in and our nurse Cynthia was very kind! We are lucky to have Emerson Health Urgent Care so close to home especially on weekends!

The staff is kind and good with kids! My son loved going into the exam room filled with Bluey and was comfortable throughout the visit! I'm so glad we were recommended here.

The receptionist was friendly and get you checked in quickly. The nurse was very understanding and set up initial testing and questions with a good understand. The doctor was a very good listener and made smart associations and didn't make me feel hurried while getting through an explination of my history and what brought me to urgent care I'll definitely go back when needed!
