Emergency Room (ER) at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Centennial

From the moment I entered the lobby of the Emergency Dept., I was greeted by two very friendly staff members concerned about me. They were so nice. Then I was seen by the fellow in the admitting office who was so nice and very efficient! I was then taken to a treating Bay Area room where both nursing and Dr. Owens were there immediately attending to my situation. All staff members were so kind and caring. Radiology for ultrasound and then also xrsys were so nice and courteous. I could not have asked for better care. Thank you so very much.

First off lots of people came in after me and all were seen before me and none of them seem all that serious. My son had a motorcycle accident on the 75 with road rash and a car ran over his foot. But it took them a good hour snd a half and a bunch of people coming in after us to be seen. The woman that checked my son in kept telling us there wasn’t a room available. Then why the hell take 5 people before me? Then we get a room far in a corner room 15 land of the lost! It was filthy. Floors dirty chairs had wrappers from alcohol prep pads on them. The bathroom floors were dirty and not clean. I was not really believing what I was seeing. Doctor took forever to come in. When she did she asked what happened and we explained. She looked at the hand that was injured, the foot, and hip. Did not

Quickly received services. Admitted to ER after being in a significant car collision and excellent Doctor Guinn diagnosed and did appropriate testing. She prescribed medications for my needs and I was only there about 1 and 1/2 Hours.

The nurses, tech and Doctors were amazing. my only issue was no one from business office never came in during my over 4 hour visit to get insurance information. policy changed first of the year. now have new policy and insurance company changed to Aetna. now getting bills in mail

no waiting. got me triaged and seen by doctor in about 30 mins. Bad case of Flu! lab tech was good venipuncture first try, even though I was crying and dehydrated! good visit for going to Er!
