The doctor that saw me was very holier than thou. I know my own body, I know when I have a sinus infection!! He tongue lashed me over it being a virus, not a bacteria, made me pay him $250 and sent me on my way with tamiflu. Now, 5 days later, I still have my SINUS INFECTION and now an EAR infection that is so painful I can’t sleep. So I have to go find a DIFFERENT urgent care tomorrow and grovel for some actual medicine again. To their credit it was fairly fast, the front desk staff was pleasant. Convenient location. I would go back for non sinus related illnesses.

I was sent here once before with Fl blue, this time I was in pain and scared and just miserable 😭, I was seen by Dr Yucht, and while all of the staff was quite amazing!, I just have to give Dr Yucht the praise he deserves. He has the best ' bedside' manner of any Dr I've ever seen ❤️, compassionate, kind, and caring, truly knowledgeable. I kept looking behind him to see where his angel wings were 😄!!! This facility keeps us from the ER and what an incredible blessing that is. Thank you always, too, for Fl Blue 💙.

Excellent care for what it is, compared to every other outfit in town. I’m generally pleased with the service and can say that they didn’t just tell me things I wanted to hear. Covid test was a bit aggressive but I think that’s just the nature of the test. Will come again.

I unfortunately had to go here twice in the last week for unrelated things and could not have had a better experience both times. Once was for an evening visit the other a weekend visit. Both times I was in and out in under an hour with EXCELLENT care, and the second time there were 2 people in front of me waiting. Dr. Collingham & Nurse Amy are top notch. It's hard to find a doctor & nurse that clearly display such a high level of knowledge, skill, and most importantly, experience. I have been SO frustrated with my experiences with UF the past year, and this was such a breathe of fresh air. Their treatment plans were on point, but more importantly efficient and effective. Excellent, thorough care! Went in for chest pains, took X-rays, blood work, all the things and made me feel so much better with their kind and focused attention!
