Emergency Dentist

Edit: this company fraudulently charged me $25 to make an appointment AFTER charging me the opperator told me "as a disclaimer the hours of operation may not be accurate and that if they were closed i could call back for a refund." i called back was told i would get a phone call and an immiadiate refund. After getting 2 notifications to confirm my appointment (with the closed dentist's office) and checking my bank account ($25 gone) i called first the ext i was given (no) answer then called back to speak with a supervisor or manager i was told the manager was in a "meeting" i still have not received a refund or even a confirmation that a refund has been authorized.
