Emergency Dentist 24/7 Newark

Terrible customer service! They treat you differently based on your insurance, and the call center staff are extremely unprofessional. I just spoke with one of the representatives, and she was unbelievably rude — like she was being forced to answer calls. It’s disappointing and concerning because that same attitude might reflect how they treat their patients.

What a joke. The call center rep who answers calls here is dense as **** and doesn't listen at all. I told her I needed emergency dental work for my son (I called because this IS listed as a 24/7 emergency dental practice, duh) and she said they don't accept patients under 16 and that she'd forward me to a "line" that has info about dentist offices I can call. I specifically asked her if there's pediatric dental emergency clinics, or if it's just simply a listing of regular routine visit dentists (the latter which I or anybody can find just by using Google, or better yet, going through insurance for a listing). She talked over me and ignored my question. What does she connect me to, 1-800-dentist! A generic phone line!! Here I called because I need EMERGENCY care, and she thinks she can pl

Horrible customer service. Place is dirty. the lady on the phone is rude and dismissive. they are false advertising. If you dont have insurance through a job you cant be seen here. Not emergency service like stated.

Tgis lady hung up the phone on me and cancelled my appointment with a tooth bleeding out of my mouth and I have barely ate for 5 days straight

Called for relative….Put on hold & didn’t return…..Don’t USE THEM
