I wish I can give them negative stars! Believe me, this is not a place for urgency, forget about emergency! I am in so EXTREME PAIN and they keep me waiting for more than an hour! Turns out the students are late from lunch, they start whenever they are COMFORTABLE , not when it's NEEDED. Seriously!! Just don't Name it an Emergency Center
They say they don't have any in my area. Sent me to another number. Wich promptly hung up on me every time I entered my zip code.
I hate that you can’t tell what’s real anymore and what is a scam. I hung up after they asked for money over the phone. The number goes to a call center somewhere not in Birmingham. Maybe it’s legit, but I’m not risking it.
They did NOT have any providers in my area.
I have an emergency and I have to wait till tomorrow. Thanks a lot I'll just got find a wrench and do it myself.
