I want to start by saying the staff and doctor treated me exceptionally well from the moment I walked in. I truly felt valued and cared for during my visit. One thing to keep in mind is that they do not accept insurance on weekends, so be prepared for out-of-pocket costs if you plan to go during off-hours. The services aren’t inexpensive, but in my opinion, it was absolutely worth it to be seen as a walk-in on a Saturday morning. During my extraction, the doctor was unable to remove all of the roots. Even though it wasn’t due to any fault on his part, he kindly refunded half of my payment. I was genuinely surprised and impressed by that level of integrity and professionalism. Overall, I would absolutely recommend their services — 10 out of 10.

Dr. Williams and Mrs. Jackie are phenomenal! They fit us in to their schedule same day and took the best care of my son who has severe anxiety. Dr. Williams completed the extraction precisely while Mrs. Jackie assisted AND used her motherly calmness to keep him in the chair to get the procedure done. Words can’t express my sincere gratitude for these two.

Brought a tear when they thanked me for my career in the Army. If you think kindness and professionalism is a thing of the past, visit this place. As for me, it was a great reminder of right looks like. Thank you so much for the wonderful care and compassion. Beautiful sitting area as well!

Avoid this place at all costs. Our 4:00 PM appointment turned into a 2.5+ hour ordeal. We arrived at 3:45 PM, doors didn’t open until 4:15 PM, and patients with later appointments were seen before us. When I finally got someone on the phone and asked how much longer it might be, the response was simply, “Not sure.” On top of that, I wasn’t allowed to wait in the waiting room and was told to leave. My husband’s simple tooth extraction — at an office that closes at 6:00 PM — didn’t finish until 7:00 PM. Poor communication, disorganized scheduling, and zero consideration for patients’ time.

I cannot stress enough, how wonderful the staff and the doctor was. I have never felt so relaxed at a dentist office. There was no rush. We sat and talked. It was such a calm visit. I was able to see the doctor almost immediately on my arrival. I highly recommend emergency dental service in Savannah.
