Emergency Dental Care

This place is absolutely amazing! I called around noon today, on a Friday and were able to get me in about an hour after I spoke with them. I was bawling and crying like a big baby. Had an infection in my back tooth. He gave me multiple options for my tooth which I appreciated. They all made me feel so at home and were very welcoming. I absolutely loved this office. I definitely definitely recommend them to every one! They were upfront and honest about billing/payments, etc. They truly are an amazing place. I dealt with Penny, Brenda and Dr. Gleave, they are truly a great set of human beings! You can tell they actually care about people and that, to me, means everything. Especially coming from someone who has major anxiety when it comes to anything medical related. So thank you to this ent

Excellent experience! Called for a broken tooth on Sunday, was able to get an emergency appt for a root canal & temp crown the very next day! Upon arrival, I was greeted in a very professional manner in a very clean & professional environment. My experience was virtually painless & very quick. I am definitely coming back & will recommend every one I know to do the same. Prices are extremely fair as well. No gouging here.

I was grateful they got me in for an emergency visit. They told me they accepted my insurance, but at check out made me pay the balance and they would reimburse me. After 6 weeks I started calling to see the status of this and had to leave 4 voicemails before they texted (instead of returned my call). They claimed I wasn't covered under my plan and refused to help. I finally decided to submit my receipt to get reimbursed. Additionally, Dr Gleave was extremely rude and belittling to his assistant Pennie. I was embarrassed for him and for her. He was short and impatient as she assisted. Extremely unimpressed.

A feel very lucky I ended up Dr. Gleave’s office. Very honest, super efficient. They made it a pain free situation all around. I really feel like they care for me as a human being. Thank You to the whole staff.

My son had a tooth extracted, and he didn't sleep for two nights. We were very worried, so I started researching and found Dr. Rod Gleave. Miss Penni, our wonderful angel, made us feel so comfortable and cared for. We're grateful for the kindness and support we received.
