Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at any doctor around the country. I've seen GI doctors in multiple states (Illinois, Idaho, Utah) and I've never had such a bad experience. I'm kicking myself for not reading the reviews here before going! I could have saved myself 6 hours. I had to drive an hour and a half both ways just to get there, I waited 2 hours to be called, then I waited in the patient room for another 40 minutes before the doctor actually saw me. We were together for 5 minutes. Dr Klin was rushed, rude, and disrespectful. I clearly stated what I wanted and needed and he did not listen to me. He didn't ask anything about my diet or eating history. I noticed that all the positive reviews on Google are from 5–6 years ago. Something bad has changed with this office, perh

Horrible doctor, wait time is ridiculous because someone’s got an ego to polish making people in need wait hours after their set time. Who the hell are you to be so egotistical? You miss 50% of problems in people, you guess and throw names with your garbage assumptions. Anybody with a serious problem never step foot into his office. Seek real help with someone who knows what they're doing. Your health is not to be used to feed into someone’s egotistical, money hungry, evil agenda. It should be held in the hands of those who care, who don't want the attention. I would say so much more if I were able to, so much more to start making people realize you for what you really are. Never pick this place.

When making my appointment they said they had a on date (2weeks later) 4pm i said if I can get in at 4pm that yes let's make it because I have to pick up my son by 530. Was then told ok just drive early to fill paperwork out and they would try to get me in before 4. I showed up 330pm and at 440 was still sitting in waiting room.. 515 just get called back where I have currently waited 20 min. They have signs up close at 5. The waiting room was packed I heard another women tell the nurse he appointment was 2 hours earlier and she still hadn't been called.

They seriously overbook appointments over and hour past appointment time and still haven’t seen anyone. Will not be back to this place. I should have known when they called to make the appointment they were supposed to email me the appointment as I was driving and couldn’t write anything down. I checked my junk mail too. Nothing ! So I had to start calling doctors offices to figure out where I had an appointment

The stories are true. Took me 3 messages and 3 weeks to get an appointment (they don’t answer the phone, takes almost a week to return your call). I arrived, filled out paperwork, they took vitals at about 30 minutes in… about an hour later with no movement in the waiting area I left (still 2-3 other people ahead of me from when I got there 90 minutes earlier). I up and left. They called me about 2.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time asking where I was… I said I had to watch my son and left. They said ok, and hung up. No effort to reschedule. I’ll find another in network provider, no worries.
