It is really really bad here, i have witnessed patients collapse in the waiting room and nurses do nothing until other people call attention to it. The waiting time is ABSURD and you will be sitting in pain for hours especially if it's at night, it doesn't help either that several people will treat it as a walk in instead of an ER and will take valuable time and resources from people who desperately need it. The staff is 50/50, either they're super kind and helpful or they are the meanest, nastiest bunch you'll witness. If you're in a wheelchair their room thresholds are high so if you're in pain they will shove you over the thresholds to get you into the rooms, causing you more pain. Porterville DESPERATELY needs to fix this place up so that it is not such a horrible experience every time

Ridiculous wait times half the time. Snooty staff.
