Dr. Robinson and his staff are 1st class. I’ve had different hygienists over the years and all have been personable and gentle. I tend to grind my teeth which caused the back molars to wear down. Dr. Robinson recommended a bite guard and it’s made a huge difference.

Pros: Plenty of free parking, wonderful staff, short waiting times, nice and spacious facility, and soothing images on a television above the patient chair. Only one con, but it's a big one: I rarely feel the need to publicly post about a negative experience. 75% of my interactions with Dr. Robinson have been good/neutral, but the remaining 25% is motivating me to write this and find a new dentist, despite being an outlier among rave reviews. During my first appointment years ago, I made the mistake of letting them know about jaw problem for which I had already seen a specialist and received an appliance. I don't use the appliance because of discomfort, and also because it hasn't bothered me since (I'm well aware that no symptoms is not a guarantee that all is well). Dr. Robinson insist

Embry Hills is by far the best dental office—so good I continue to travel back to use them despite having moved to Florida! Dr. Robinson and the entire staff make you feel right at home. They are friendly, professional, thorough and the quality of dental care received is top notch. Dr. Robinson repaired my chipped front tooth and the repair was seamless. When he handed me the mirror I couldn’t tell which tooth had been fixed, it was perfect. Everyone here truly makes you feel like you’re part of the family, I feel welcomed every time I walk in the door! 10/10 recommend!
