Lindsey was amazing! She knows her stuff. She built a curated playlist based on my requests. It was a clean, safe, peaceful environment. The little touches all over were very thoughtful: mints, a dish for jewelry, etc. She was constantly checking in and asked what my needs were. She read the intake paperwork and applied it. She was very respectful of my privacy. Highly recommend.

I saw Lindsey for the first time with some shoulder issues. She took the time to really listen, ask good questions and educate me about the problem and how the muscles are related. I appreciated knowing the why behind the recommendations I had been given from others as well as her perspective as a massage therapist. She also gave me more exercises for strengthening so I felt equipped with more strategies when I left. I love that she has a depth of experience. I will definitely schedule again with her!

Lindsey is professional, does an excellent job with her clients and often her extra training and diverse skills with cupping, taping and deep myofascial work far exceed many massage therapist skills.
