I am a 70+ y.o. senior who has seen Rebecca Meehan several times for physical therapy over the past 8 yrs. Her sessions are one on one—she will not put you on a machine and walk away. Her PT knowledge and experience are impressive. She employs exercise, creative modifications, simple aids (such as stretch bands), commonsense advice, and manageable homework. To help maintain mobility and strength gained from PT, I have been attending her yoga classes twice a week. Classes are small, nonjudgmental, and suitable for a variety of ages and skill levels.

Rebecca is beyond educated and knowledgeable in her field of practice. She takes her time, answers all questions, and most importantly tries to get to the root of the problem to help. My experience at Embody is one I recommend to any female that needs assistance in learning about your own pelvic floor and how to improve your own needs for your body to function effectively. I first need to begin by saying that this is a heartfelt, honest review. I am a patient and rarely put anything forth on social media. That being said, I have to say that Becki at Embody may have saved me! I had a partial hysterectomy at 50. I am a nonstop , energetic,upbeat person, but post hysterectomy things changed.
