Embody Massage and Wellness (Yoga studio)

When my young child was experiencing anxiety related to her asthma, we tried so many things to help her. You know what stuck? Miss Melissa's class at Embody! She has learned and applied strategies to help her manage these big feelings, and I am so grateful to Miss Melissa for her incredible work with children. Sophia is a warm human and owner, so I'm grateful to her for providing such a welcoming space and venue to offer opportunities like this for kids. My New Year's resolution is to take some adult classes there with these amazing and powerful women. Thank you to them both! Do not delay if you have been thinking about trying something there.

Sophia is a wonderful human. She is kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. She gives incredible massages that not only help relieve my back pain but also create a sense of calm. Her studio is clean, beautifully decorated, and inviting! Her and Melissa lead great yoga classes as well (both adults and children!). Highly recommend Embody!

In a world where everything is overstimulating and rushed, Embody provides a wonderful retreat for my children to practice calmness and focus on learning how to self care. My children, ages 5 and 11, wake up excited to attend both the kid yoga classes as well as the special events that they regularly offer. The yoga classes compliment their sports schedules and help them be more flexible and focused. The warm and welcoming personalities of Sophia and Melissa make us feel like we are not just clients, but family. I would recommend Embody Kid Yoga classes for anyone looking to help empower their child/ren to grow healthy, inside and out.
