Embassy Dental in Brentwood was an excellent experience! The office staff, tech and Dr Alouani were exceptional with my dental care! I had a 4 hour surgery in which several services were handled in one surgery. I was adequately sedated and not in any pain. I could hear everything g going on but was relaxed enough to not be scared or feel it. I’m 62 yrs old, so I’ve had several experiences with dental care and procedures that haven’t always been great. However, Dr Alouani and her staff were impeccable with my care! Very precise, knowledgeable and experienced regarding my path going forward. The Customer Service at this office was such a good experience! I still have more dental work to take care of and I will definitely be cherish Dr Aloiani’s office in Brentwood, TN!!!! Everyone at this location was incredibly nice and helpful. Both of my appointments went smoothly and my concerns were addressed. If I had one constructive criticism to offer, it would be the cleanliness of the floors. The overall office is clean, particularly the waiting room, but I noticed upon being taking back to the exam room that the floors looked like they had not been cleaned in days or weeks. I believe cleanliness is something valued in all types of medical practices and helps instill confidence of health and safety for the patients. Seeing dirty floors makes one wonder what else might not have been cleaned or sterilized. Otherwise, excellent service!

I love this embassy dental location. The staff are very friendly. And the person at the front desk is extremely helpful. And above all, Dr. Alouani Provides terrific care and explains your options thoroughly before proceeding. She explains her rational for proceeding with treatment plan a She explains her rationale for proceeding with treatment plan A, versus Plan B, and the pros and cons of both. And I am thankful that she has stayed at this location for many years now unlike some who come and go. Which is why I keep coming back to this location.

The staff are extremely welcoming. Scheduling was easy. The staff did their very best to explain what’s going on, and what my best options were. They were patient, and informative for every question and scenario I had for them. I want to thank Mya, Kara, and Dr. Alouani for making my experience safe, comforting, and educative!

Dr. Sarah Alouani is fantastic dentist that handles her patients with care and attentiveness - which is hard to find in doctors these days. I had a great experience and would strongly recommend seeing her for your dentistry needs. She is highly capable and has a great staff around her. Special mention to Carra (her assistant, I hope I got your spelling right) who was kind and laughed at my jokes (which is always a bonus).
