Elysium Primary Care

New patient. Nicest staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. The office setting is very comfortable and inviting. I was seen promptly at my scheduled time. Jeremiah was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I think I have found my new primary care provider. 🙌🏼

The office is gorgeous and unlike any doctor’s office I’ve been in. My appointment with Melanie was one of my best experiences with a doctor. She was attentive, detailed, and inquiring regarding my personal mental and health goals. I didn’t feel rushed and the space felt inviting to communicate effectively. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile, and checked me in swiftly. The wait time to be seen was immediate, which was extremely impressive given that’s not the standard in a lot of offices. I believe at this office my health is truly in the best hands. 10/10!

This was my first visit to Elysium and expectations met reality which is rare to say these days. The warm and welcoming office did not feel like a medical suite and everyone from the front desk receptionist to the medical assistant to my provider was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I felt seen and I was seen. My provider, Brandon Haverfield, was very knowledgeable and approachable. The office visit was efficient and pleasant and while it was just my first visit, I left with confidence that I had chosen the right LGBT friendly medical practice for my primary care needs. Highly recommend without reservation!

Hands down the best first visit at a practice I've had in my life. The whole experience was phenomenal. Kind and gracious caregivers and receptionist staff made all the difference. I felt like I was at a high-end hotel where every attention to detail was thought of and catered to my specific needs. Shawn and Vanessa make an excellent team, and they both were kind, fun, and thorough. My time with Jeremiah did not feel rushed and I felt genuinely cared about. I am thankful to be a part of this practice. Highly recommend!

My very first visit with this group and it was wonderful. They made feel welcome and, relaxed. Plus Shawn nurse drew my blood. I didn’t fell a thing and the funny thing was after she was finished there wasn’t any blood on the bandage. ( never had that happen) excellent. This is a great practice and I already know I’m going to have a great relationship.
