Elon Health Urgent Care

From the moment we walked in till we were discharged the entire staff was so kind. Cristina greeted us kindly, the nurse Arianna was so helpful and caring. The PA Katelyn was extremely compassionate, professional and amazing! I would definitely recommend this urgent care! I went in for a wound. Had a staple in bedded in my finger. Ouch Katelyn the PA made sure I was comfortable the entire time it took to remove it!

Came in after a referral at a minute clinic for something affordable. 1 Wait room was clean and basic but surprisingly comfy? Multiple people in there but everyone was being respectful and waiting quietly 2 Wait time was reasonable. I was not there for more than maybe an hour and a half possibly 2 hours 3 the doctor who saw me was a vibe. She understood immediately what I as a patient needed and required and was empathetic to me in a way I have not been treated by doctors in the past. Going to call tommorow to get her name because she needs a raise and praise. 5/5 for me as far as urgent cares go.

I want to begin by saying that I 100% recommend this urgent care. I called for more information, and the front desk girl was very kind and answered all my questions. Later on, I arrived 15 minutes before closing without one of my insurance cards, not knowing the number or anything, completely desperate because my children were very sick. Keshla went above and beyond. She helped me find the insurance information, and even though they were about to close, she never showed any frustration or rushed me. Some people are truly born for customer service, and she is definitely one of them. Thank you. The provider was also very kind and attentive. Thank you.

Clean waiting space. The staff were very friendly. They knew what we needed, answered all our questions without making us feel dumb. They took care of us in an efficient and professional manner. I like the air purifiers in each room. It makes it feel like a healthier space than you can get in some places.

Dr. Katelyn was amazing when treating my husband. He had a particle stuck in his eye that was causing him a lot of discomfort, and she removed it with great care, patience, and professionalism. She made us feel calm throughout the whole process, and we are truly grateful for her attention. We highly recommend her!
