Dr. Firoz is a caring provider who is passionate about dermatology. I’ve gone to many dermatologists before her who did not take the time and effort to understand my medical issues. Dr. Firoz was the first provider to get me a diagnosis and set me up with the right treatment plan. She explains things clearly and often adds humor to interactions in a way that makes me feel more comfortable. I can’t recommend Dr. Firoz enough. She is an excellent provider!

Same. Call and they're too busy to pickup so you leave a call back message as vmail tree says and no one ever calls you back. Also, booking out 6 months ahead so don't expect to get an appt any time soon if you do ever get through.

Can't make appt. After they hung up on me several times they finally "took" my info but never called me back with insurance. They said 2hrs. Its been about 2wks
