When I am at this office for appointments, the staff is attentive and helpful; unfortunately, phone communication falls short. While trying to schedule a biopsy, the Village Health office repeatedly sent the wrong script to the other provider, and it took a cumbersome amount of extra phone calls to get everything straightened out. Later, when I called Village Health to inquire about the biopsy results, they told me they would be in touch the following week. I received a call from them, was asked to hold, and then was transferred to a different line with no explanation, which ended at a mystery voicemail. The next business day, I received another call from the office, asking if I had gotten the biopsy done. It took another couple days of phone tag to get in touch with someone who could deli

I cannot say enough good things about Michaela. I'm a type 1 diabetic who had been seeing Ali/Marte for years up until the vanished and though finding a good endocrinologist is needle/haystack behavior, Michaela is truly a gem. She is always intimately familiar with my data/graphs before she walks in, she offers immediately-actionable solutions every time I'm there, she always takes her time, and I never feel rushed or overlooked. On top of that, she's incredibly pleasant. I can't speak to Frachetti as I've only ever been seen by Michaela, but I wouldn't change a thing.

I attempted to schedule an appointment on two occassions because I am in menopause for 5 years and cannot stabalize my hormones and am struggling with quality of life issues. This time around (attempt #2) I was told that the doctor will not see me because my regular labs arent questionable. I was referred both times by my primary. If you are looking for help in feeling "normal" as a middle aged woman who has had a hysterectomy and no doctor knows what to do with you, dont consider this doctor, because she doesnt either. Oh, and they called the day before my scheduled appointment to tell me.

I know Endocrinologists in the area are few, but if you can, find a different provider! Maybe your diabetes or thyroid will become controlled, but guarenteed your time will be disrespected, your money will be grabbed, and your blood pressure will go up. In three years of “care”, with appointments happening every 2-3 months, I cannot say I had one single interaction that finished without frustration caused directly by the attitudes of someone in this office.

I am not one to write negative reviews but I feel compelled to share to save others from a poor experience. Last year I went to the PA and she was excellent, very attentive, a good listener etc. This year I had a follow up with Dr. Frachetti and from start to finish the experience was a negative one. No one answers the phone, you’re forced to leave a message and I’m still waiting for a call back from 4 days ago. I had an appointment with Dr Frachetti and dismissive is the best description I can give. The appointment lasted less than five minutes. She reported everything was good now and she no longer needed to see me…I could come back if things changed but basically thanks, you’re discharged now. I said I had a few other issues I wasn’t happy with and wasn’t feeling the best and she acted
