My 190 lbs fur baby aka the pony has Addison's disease and we recently relocated from out of state and desperately needed to get his Zycortal shot. Called on Wednesday and got in for Thursday with the coolest vet ever, Dr. Crededio, and I have met a ton since all my animals have some sort of health issue. If you have large breed, special needs, babies aka dogs make sure you request Dr. Crededio. He was patient, knowledgeable and doesn't talk at you but with you to establish the most affordable,sustainable and healthy option for your fur child. They also offer monthly pet insurance which I could never get due to pre-existing condition with my giant breed. If you have an animal you need to check out Elmhurst Animal Care ASAP. Its like a mall for animals... they have everything and open late

This vet is amazing! I use them for both my dogs, I have the dog plans and its great and cost affective. Staff always try to keep me calm yet still provide all the facts to ensure I'm knowledgeable. They love our puppers and furbabies, its easy to tell. Only had 1 other vet this good, rare find and no regrets!! The letter after surgery always puts me to tears lol its so cute! Clean place, everyone is helpful. Even their other clients are great when its busy. I'd recommend them to anyone!

They Only Care About Your Money – Not Your Pets or You I’ve been paying $90/month per dog for YEARS for their so-called “wellness plan.” That’s hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. I show up like I always have, and suddenly they say I need an appointment — no notice, no update, nothing. When I asked to speak with a manager, the staff got rude, dropped the call, and hung up on me. And instead of resolving the issue or showing a shred of respect to a loyal customer, they had the police issue me a trespassing notice. For what? For expecting the service I’ve been paying for? They only care about squeezing money out of you — not your pets’ health, not loyalty, and definitely not basic customer service. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated like trash after spending thousands.

This review is for Derrick, the dog trainer. He has been patient and done an incredible job with our adopted collie heeler mix. The training isn't for just your dog, it is for you too! Trust his process and training, has been worth every penny.

They are one of the best staffed from front desk, techs, to docs. I truly appreciate how they are so welcoming and caring. They have helped with our fosters dogs with Mag Mutts to our adopted dogs!
