Elm Street Pharmacy

Love this pharmacy. It's easy to get in and out quick, even though the location is small. The staff are super friendly, efficient and helpful. Much better than going to a walgreens or CVS.

Elm Street Pharmacy is the only place I’ll go — hands down. The service is always friendly, personal, and reliable. They actually care about their customers, and it shows. Unless I absolutely need something right away and they’re closed, I won’t go anywhere else. Local businesses like this are rare — and they’ve earned my loyalty 100%.

This is a great little pharmacy that actually provides customer service- even answering the phone when you call -unlike other pharmacies in town. Also, they have a short drive-thru, which might be full if you come at peak times; it's a nice option to have. They also have a receptacle for unused/expired medications.

While I really appreciate the mail delivery option for refills, when you need a medication right away (like nausea meds prescribed by the Emergency Room for your sick child) or run into an issue with a refill, they’re not functional. I’ve used this pharmacy for years and it’s gone downhill in the last year or so. I’m assuming they have more volume than they can handle and I don’t know how they can resolve their problems. I’m sure their staff are doing the best they can. This is just a warning to anyone thinking about using this pharmacy.
