I attempted to make an appointment with them for 2 weeks. They first told me they didn't receive my referral. Then when they did, the office person told me they would have to have a nurse call me back. No one ever called. I called Albany Memorial, had my referral faxed there, they called me 5 mins later. I have an appointment next week.
