In my opinion, their corporate data-centric rather than patient-centric medicine negatively impacts patient care. If you want to be a number rather than a patient, or deal with a corporate doctor rather than a human doctor, this is the place to go.

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. I arrived for my appointment and was seen very quickly. I can’t recall my nurses name, I apologize, but her and Dr. Fredankey-Parzych were very friendly and thorough. I felt as if they cared to hear what I had to say-which in the past I felt my concerns were always dismissed in other practices. Labs and testing were ordered for me and done immediately downstairs. The women who worked there were also friendly and swift. Overall, a great practice that is very clean and well run. As a woman of color I often times feel very dismissed in medical practices but this was not the case here. Special shoutout to the receptionist Brooke who helped me to schedule my testing as well. I’ve been looking for a primary care physician or psychiatrist for a long time now and I haven’t had any luck until now. When I arrived early for my appointment they were able to get me in quickly and the staff at the front counter was very efficient and friendly. Basmatie was the provider I seen and she was absolutely wonderful at her job! She walked me through and talked to me about my concerns and answered all my questions when needed. I would recommend her to anyone because of the kindness and compassion she showed towards me. This was over all a great experience!

Dana NP, who I saw is amazing. I have been with my fiance in the evening and everyone is more relaxed and there are no attitudes. But I went for my first appointment and it was insane. I would suggest going in the afternoon or late afternoon for better service and experience. However, if you speak to someone about a bad experience they take it serious. It is really nice and refreshing to know that. It makes me feel like the next time I go back it will be better. Give this place a try. If you have a bad experience talk to a higher upper in the business. The nurses and Dana are worth it!

LOVE my doctor. The support staff however has gone from great to absolutely horrendous now. I don’t know what happened. But the one girl at the front desk is just flat out rude. I don’t know how she is still employed there. It makes me sad because I REALLY don’t want to switch to a different doctors office because I have been with my provider for years because he’s great but that woman really makes everyone’s experience miserable. It’s sad how one person can bring an entire establishment down. I just keep praying she moves along!
