Ellis Medicine Urgent Care at Mohawk Harbor

Their blood draw lab is closed on weekends despite what it says on the website. Drove all the way over there only to find a signed taped to a door inside the urgent care lobby. Please clearly indicate hours and services ON YOUR WEBSITE.

Condescending “mid-level” doctor made me feel stupid for coming in for what turned out to be a life-threatening condition. Clearly did not want to be there. Appalled at the care. Never again.

If I could give zero stars I would, my husband went in for a cold he had for a few days & was spitting up blood, the PA who saw him was very rude & I feel really didn’t do her job… thank god it wasn’t anything serious, I don’t plan on going back….

Dirty thermometer probe covers in the sink. (YUCK) Waited in room for over a hour n a half. When the PA came she didn’t even give me an exam. Extremely rude… Going to my primary care physician for another appointment in about a hour. I will never step foot in this building again.

Howard was the PA and he was excellent. He took time with us and answered our questions. The wait time was reasonable for an urgent care (2.5 hours). Staff were friendly and the facility was clean.
