They transfer you and transfer you to different people as if no one wants to do their job! Everyone who’s answered the phone sounds extremely ghetto and like they hate their job. They hung up on me twice and when I finally got through they had me on hold for over 30 minutes I had to hang up and call again and demand! That they get me through to my mother. The nurse taking care of my mother shows no sympathy! She acts like she’s here to do her “job” knows the system but shows no geneuine care for the patient. I’m really disappointed with their treatment. We asked for my mother to be rotated to avoid ulsers from laying in the same position for so long and the nurse said “it gets so busy” that we can’t always do it every 2 hours as it’s supposed to and didn’t even do it.
