Elliot Urgent Care at Bedford

DO NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE. They will bill you like its a ER. My son and I were here for less then a hour, the dr did not have the best beside manner, demanded we get a chest xray for suspected pneumonia (she was unable to confirm listening to his lungs?) I declined, we left. Got the bills in the mail $1500! thank goodness we did not get the chest xray We ended up at a different urgent care, they gave my son antibiotics he needed and he got well right away. no chest xray entire bill was less then $200. If you are on the fence of where to go go to the urgent care in goffstown don't go here. I also have taken my other son to the goffstown urgent care and it has been a pleasant, affordable, and great experience.

I was told by my PCP to come here and get IV fluids after a few days of vomiting and diarrhea leading to dehydration. I'd like to start with the nursing staff was amazing! The nurse I had was kind, compassionate, empathetic, and an amazing listener. Girl deserves a raise! Sadly the review here does not reflect her performance because regrettably a large portion of a patients POV on care also comes from the Dr./primary provider. This is where everything went to shit. I explained multiple times the situation and why I was sent in and that I was sent for IV fluids. I was instead told that my "mucous membranes looked wet enough" and they would only be willing to give me ginger ale, crackers, and anti nausea meds. I repeated that the true vomiting stopped 2 days prior and I had the same med in

I have had good experiences at this urgent care. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The wait time was short, and the providers took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable. The facility is clean and well-organized, and I felt confident in the care I received. Highly recommend!

Awesome staff. I can’t emphasize that enough. I came in with severe abdominal pain and shortness of breath, and whoever was up front god bless them because they immediately saw this as an urgent matter and brought out a nurse right away. This was after a misdiagnosis in the hospital yesterday. I got diagnosed and sent home with meds in 1-2 hours today, during flu season!

New Hampshire health care is embarrassingly pitiful. Was told an abscess on my jaw on my first visit was just a zit. Sure enough had to come back 5 days later and have it lanced. They want to send me home with no bandage or anything I had to ask for it. It was tossed on the counter and they left the room. I said out loud "is there a mirror?" They yelled out in the hallway "Go in the bathroom." Also they were going to prescribe me in antibiotic that I'm allergic to and has been noted on my records for a well over a decade that I'm very allergic to it.
