Elliot Pharmacy at River's Edge

I really love this pharmacy. They are very personable and if there is ever an issue with availability I will get a call to explain within an hour of ordering my prescription online. If they don’t have it, it will be there the following day. They even call my PCP to refill expired prescription. That’s a first for me. I highly recommend Elliot pharmacy at River’s Edge.

They were able to fill a medication that’s on back order at many other pharmacies, relatively quickly, and conveniently. But not only that, the store itself is absolutely darling and has such a great selection of everyday products, novelty items, accessories and gifts. If anyone in the Manchester area has ANYONE they may need to get a gift for, stop in and I guarantee you’ll find something amazing for them at this place. Great customer service as well.

Great customer service today, 12/27. Someone answered the phone and answered questions. She got in touch with another pharmacy (I couldn’t get them on the phone) and learned my script was ready. If they’d been out of stock on the med, would have had them send the script over to Elliot where a supply was on hand. Excellent and very prompt help. Rare in this world. I have a new pharmacy.

I just want to say how happy I am with the work of the pharmacist’s! I have a powerful pain medication that should be monitored by professionals when taking it and I just got off the phone with them and they went into detail on when I should need a new script and how much I’m taking. I am unfortunately bed ridden for almost 4 years now and I have lots of help but at some point last week the box I keep my strong pain meds in was thrown away. That is a first for me so my doctor called in enough to get me to the normal fill date but it made how much I was getting look iffy to them and they made sure they asked me how much I was taking and when I would run out. I am so impressed and happy they are on top of things. So much abuse is ruining it for the people that really need it so for the pharm
