Dr. Luque is awesome. She listens to my daughter and addresses any concerns we have. As a parent, one thing I admire about her, is that she explains to my child what she is doing before touching her. It's always pleasant to visit that facility from the minute you enter those doors.

Dr. Jackson is nice and knowledgeable. Very happy with him. The office can be quite frustrating. To make an appointment for a sick child, there is often a seemingly fourth question interview by phone, followed by numerous back and forth calls prior to simply booking an appointment. The on call system is similarly infuriating. Seemingly no access to advice from MD. Advice always seems to be to go to urgent care.

The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment you walk in. The office is very clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently, which makes visits smooth and stress-free. The providers take their time, listen carefully, and truly care about their patients.

Dr. Palumbo has followed the growth of both of my girls, starting in 2016. Both girls have a history of, or current, medical complications. My girls are well supported and there is great communication regarding Specialist visits/recommendations.
