I saw Dr. Khan in Neurology and had the BEST experience I have ever had with a doctor. He listened to me, asked me questions and actually cared about what I’ve been going through. He asked for the whole story which I really appreciated. I was never rushed and my appointment was nearly an hour. He gave me treatment options and explained all of them in detail. When I left, the front desk staff were amazing, as well as the lab staff. The old gentleman working at the desk when you first enter the building was awesome helping me find my way around. When I went to find my car in the parking garage I got lost trying to find it. He called a security guard for me who happily helped me find my car. Dr Thompson was very thorough in testing my gait, reflexes and strength, He h gave me good news in telling me he believed the NPH diagnosis was wrong because the symptoms are gone and the symptoms for NPH don’t go away. What a happy day for me. The staff were all very professional, helpful and nice.

Dr Khan is about my age. He understands my generation and our struggles. I like that Elliot hires different age groups. He encourages therapy with medication instead of one over the other. The nurses are quick and nice. Check in is very easy. Bathroom available in waiting room and handicap accessible.

I saw Dr.K Williams. He was congenial, smart, thorough, compassionate & thus far the most patient with his time. I wasn’t rushed- he was a great listener. I mattered. Dr.Williams was a breath of fresh air. I have been on a years long journey. Also, the staff, etc are always kind & welcoming. Very professional organization.

You are greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable receptionist, who takes your information and directs you to the waiting area. Soon, the nurse greets you, takes your weight, and leads you to the Doctor's exam room, where she reviews you medications, notes any changes to your health, and tells you the Doctor will be in soon. A short time later, the Doctor enters, and he asks about changes to your health, or about any questions you might have. He then performs appropriate tests (if any), checks the status of refills and asks if you have any question. It is all relaxed and conversational. You plan the next visit, and confirm it on exiting. It is, overall, a positive experience, rendered by capable people.
